As each item is handmade there may be slight variations in size and appearance. Please check our size charts or contact us for assistance if you’re unsure about sizing.
• Custom Products: If you order a customised product (e.g., personalized collars, leads, bandanas), please ensure the details you provide (like measurements or text) are correct. We are not responsible for errors in customization provided by the customer.
