Shipping
Processing time for all orders is 2-3 days.
We use An Post so please allow 2-7 working days from dispatch date for deliveries within Ireland.
For shipping outside of Ireland please allow 1-4 weeks from when you receive your dispatch email for your order to arrive.
Sometimes shipping can take longer depending on how busy the postal services is.
International orders may have to pay custom charges depending on your countries postal service. We have no control over what costs you may be asked to pay, and you are responsible for payment of any costs that may apply.
Returns
Custom or personalised items are non refundable, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective I cannot accept returns. Sale items are non refundable.
We test every product and we do not sell anything we are not happy with but please check the item before every use for any signs of wear and tear.
It is important to remember that no product is completely indestructible. It is up to the owner to determine when a product is no longer safe for their pets. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by the use or misuse of our products.
For returns on non custom/personalised items email me at info@the-crafty-paw.com within 7 days of purchase. Items must then be posted back to us within 14 days before the refund is issued. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
The item must be returned within 14 days.
When we receive the item, if it is unused a refund will be issued for that item minus postage and packaging.
We don’t accept cancellations or exchanges.
When ordering please make sure you are happy with the sizes before placing an order. We recommend using a fabric tape measure when measuring your dog’s neck to get the exact size. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to you not measuring your dog’s neck correctly.
Changes / Cancellations
You have 24 hours from when you place an order to make a change or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel your order after 24 hours as your order has already started to be made.
